Rotate PDF
Turn sideways or upside-down pages the right way up. Rotate the whole PDF or just selected pages — all in your browser.
Works offline — everything it needs is already on your device.
A rotated PDF usually means a page was scanned or photographed sideways, and every viewer will keep showing it that way until the file itself is corrected. Rotating here fixes it permanently rather than for your session only.
The operation is lossless. Every PDF page carries a /Rotate value, and this tool changes that number rather than re-rendering the page — so text stays selectable, images are never recompressed, and the file size barely moves. Rotating a 40 MB scan costs nothing in quality, which is not true of tools that flatten each page to an image first.
You can rotate the whole document or a page range, in 90— steps, and rotations are cumulative: applying 90— twice gives you 180—. It runs on pdf-lib inside your browser, so the document is never uploaded — which matters for the contracts and scanned IDs that make up most of what people rotate.
Best for
- Fixing a scan or photo-based PDF that came out sideways or upside down
- Correcting page orientation before printing or sharing
- Rotating just the landscape pages in a mixed document
Good to know
Rotates selected pages or the whole PDF in 90° steps and saves a corrected copy — all on your device, nothing uploaded. It changes orientation only; it doesn't re-flow or re-render the page content.
