Reordering and removing pages is the fix for a PDF that was scanned out of order, merged wrongly, or contains pages you cannot send — an internal cover sheet, a blank separator, a page belonging to someone else.

The tool rebuilds the document from the pages you keep, in the order you set. Because it copies page objects rather than re-rendering them, text stays selectable and images are not recompressed: the pages you keep are byte-for-byte the pages you had. Removing pages genuinely removes them, so anything deleted is gone from the file rather than hidden.

It runs on pdf-lib in your browser, so the document never leaves your device. That is the point for the common cases — redacting a page from a bank statement, or dropping an internal note before sending a report to a client. Bookmarks and form fields tied to removed pages do not survive; check the result if your PDF uses either.

Best for

  • Putting scanned pages back into the right order
  • Rearranging sections before sending a report or submission
  • Moving an appendix, cover, or signature page into place

Good to know

Lets you reorder (and drop) pages, then download a tidy PDF — all on your device, nothing uploaded. It rearranges existing pages; it doesn't edit their content. To add pages from another file, merge first with Merge PDF, then organize.
