File Converts is built and operated by Unique Technology Group. We are independent and funded by our own Pro subscriptions — not by advertising and not by selling data. The in-browser tools are free and unlimited because they cost us almost nothing to run: the conversion happens on your computer, not on servers we pay for. What we're working on
Everything we ship is listed in the changelog, and you can see current service health on the status page. If a conversion you need is missing, or a tool gets something wrong, email support@file-converts.com — it reaches us directly.
